The room lacks essential amenities like a mini-bar refrigerator and disposable flip-flops!!! A safety handle bar in the shower is necessary due to slippery conditions!!! The small lift struggles with luggage on busy weekends!!!

The shower had great pressure, but I didn’t get a safety deposit box as promised.

I had a great stay at onomo hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the medina and local attractions. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially at the front desk, who spoke excellent english. I loved the free parking option, which was super convenient for exploring the area.

The room had an outstanding view and was very clean. The beds were comfy, and the hotel was located in a beautiful neighborhood with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff went above and beyond, making my stay even more enjoyable.

the staff were friendly but completely failed to bring us extra towels despite our several requests. and how hard is it to supply bottled water in the rooms? if they really cared about their guests, they would’ve ensured these basics were met. almost left a great review, but I just couldn't. absolutely disappointing!

We visited the local souk, just a quick stroll away, perfect for souvenir shopping. The room was spacious with modern decor and a huge king-size bed, making it a comfortable spot for our whole family to relax after exploring.

My kids wished there were more family-oriented activities at the hotel.
